courage
An Admirer
I just watched a movie called W. the Movie. I do not know how much is true and how much is just about entertainment. I also do not care about your sorted past. Who doesn't have some skeletons in their closet? I am a spiritual person who believes that you are a courageous man of foresight who acted from his heart and did what the country needed done, even though it did not make you a very popular person.
Thank you for your service and your courage
I wanted to thank you for the tireless efforts you and your administration went through to keep us safe after 9/11. I know being the President of the USA must be one thankless job, and I'm frankly disgusted at how many Americans have treated you these past eight years.
Everyone makes mistakes, but as you said in your farewell address, you were indeed willing to make the hard decisions. And for that I commend and thank you, Mr. President.
May your future be bright and may you finally get some much needed rest and relaxation after a job well done.
Thank you for your service
Dear Mr. President:
Thank you for your service to our nation. I know that you faced many difficult decisions, and made these decisions according to your principles. Thank you for keeping the country safe from a terrorist attack, and for the courage of your convictions to see the war in Iraq through. As I have heard you say, you can look in the mirror and know that you did your best for the American people. I believe that history will regard your administration with greater favor than current opinion does.
Courage
Dear President Bush,
My honest feelings are good riddance. I simply think that you were an awful leader. It was not your stumbling over speech, or your pretend cowboy lifestyle, or your blind faith in God, or the fact that you are a recovering alcoholic. You could have had all of that and been a good leader.
