The "I Love My Air Fryer" Keto Diet Recipe Book

As I mentioned last week, my parents bought us an air fryer for Christmas this year and we love playing with this thing. We made meatballs last weekend and they were delicious. This week I got a new recipe book from the library to try. It's called The I Love My Air Fryer Keto Diet Recipe Book, which sounds like a mouthful, but the recipes themselves are quite good so far.

Tree-Free Paper Products

One of my biggest goals for the year is to reduce my eco footprint, and I sure would like to use fewer trees. I had no idea there were so many tree-free products out there. My family uses recycled content as much as possible, but I just saw an ad for these Seedling paper towels, which is made from bamboo, and it has me really curious. It's a little pricey for me, but when you consider the cost against the cost of losing trees... it's hard to argue.

I have blogged in the past about the devastation that a global nuclear war would cause. Aside from the immediate death and destruction, the ash, soot and soil thrown into the atmosphere would reduce sunlight for years and would result in a famine that could kill billions. This is generally referred to as “nuclear winter.”
